From a Goodwill Ten Speed Bike to Two Restaurants

Jesse, born in Mexico, and Lisa, born in Los Angeles, met and started their family at 18.

Their first mode of transportation? A ten-speed bike from Goodwill — with Lisa 8 months pregnant riding on the handlebars.

Thirty years and three kids later, they opened Locos to share their love of Mexican culture through recipes passed down for generations.

Why Lake Havasu Chooses Locos Bar & Cocina

Made From Scratch, Every Day

Everything starts with Grandma’s recipe.

Our house salsa is made fresh daily from a generations-old family recipe that came with Jesse from Mexico, ask for it by name and taste the difference homemade makes.

On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, we press and cook our tortillas in-house on a comal.

You’ll smell the fresh masa before you see it.

Most Lake Havasu restaurants open a bag.

We roll up our sleeves. That’s the difference between a Mexican restaurant and a family kitchen that happens to have a dining room.

All-Day Breakfast

Start any time of day with huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, or our house machaca made from hand-shredded beef with eggs, peppers, and onions.

Unlike most Lake Havasu restaurants that cut breakfast off at 11, we serve the full breakfast menu from 11 AM to 9 PM, every single day.

Coming off the lake at 3 PM? Breakfast.

Date night and you want chilaquiles at 8? Breakfast.

Add a Lisa Lisa’s Paloma and make it brunch any hour of the day.

Made From Scratch.

Jesse’s Cadillac Margarita and Lisa Lisa’s Paloma aren’t just menu items… they’re named after the two people who built this place.

Every cocktail at Locos starts with real ingredients: fresh lime, quality tequila, and recipes that took years of “testing” at family parties to perfect.

Our bar pours a full tequila selection, handcrafted margaritas, Mexican beers, and signature cocktails you won’t find anywhere else in Lake Havasu.

Whether you’re cooling off after a day on the lake or starting the night before dinner, grab a seat at the bar and let us make you something worth talking about.

Both locations. Full bar. No shortcuts.
